Membership Requirements
To ensure a high level of professionalism and trust within the Baltic Interim Manager Association (BIMA), all applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Proven Executive Experience
Applicants must demonstrate a minimum of 5–7 years of senior leadership, management, or specialist experience, with clear responsibility at the first or second management level. - Interim Track Record or Commitment
Candidates must provide evidence of at least one completed interim or project-based assignment, or demonstrate a clear professional commitment to working as an interim manager in an independent or freelance capacity. - Professional Competence & Ethics
A relevant academic degree or equivalent professional qualification is expected. All members must commit to upholding the Association’s Code of Conduct, which emphasizes integrity, transparency, confidentiality, and acting in the client’s best interest. - Application & Peer Review
The application process requires submission of a comprehensive CV, a portfolio of assignments or projects, and at least two client or peer references. Applications are reviewed and approved by the BIMA Admissions Panel. - Active Membership Obligations
Members are required to pay annual membership fees and are encouraged to participate actively in professional development, networking events, and knowledge-sharing initiatives organized by the Association.
