Who is interim manager?
An interim manager is a highly experienced executive who temporarily steps into a leadership role within a company to manage a specific situation or achieve a defined goal.

They are not permanent employees
But rather independent professionals brought in for a limited time, usually from a few months to a year—to solve problems, lead transitions, or fill critical gaps.
